MrMopar isn't all about my 1969 CHP Polara, it is also about my original Mopar, my 1967 Barracuda. When the car was restored ten years ago the engine wasn't done, now that the CHP car is done it is time the Barracuda gets the engine it deserves.

I had the day off and have been wanting to get pictures of the car at this particular location. The spot is at the CA-1 and US-101 junction in Gaviota, I liked the way the ramps were in the background. There have been a few locations that I thought would be cool but when I got there with the car not so much, this one was as good as I had hoped it would be.

Finally made it to Ripon with the car and it was a good show and a bunch of nice cars, as always fun visit with friends. The car was well received and the recently added cage was the talk of the town. In the end the car got Best of Show.

There were a couple things I needed to improve on the car that were not done at the time the car came together. First up were the seat belts were faded and needed to be dyed, the rear belts were not an issue to remove once the seat was removed...
