Reflections When I look back at this I cringe, this is an area that I should have done more with. I guess nobody looks in the wheel wells. |

Undercoating
While I had the car wrapped up I felt it was a good to take care of the wheel wells. Like inside the trunk I hit all the seams with Chassis Saver along with all the edges of the patches. Once that was done I tried some rattle can undercoating that had no build, it went on smooth so that was out. I borrowed a gun and bought a bottle of 3M undercoating and after a few failed attempts to get the gun to work I was finally able to coat the areas of new metal. Only having enough to just do the bare spots I went over the rest with the rejected stuff, it was good enough to use to freshen up the existing undercoating. | |
