Grill (cont.)
I started the day off with removing the masking on the grill panel, happy with that I started masking off the chrome on the main grill housing. The headlight assemblies were completely masked off. I started with painting the grill silver on the housing then I moved onto the bezels, on those I chose to shoot the black first and immediately wipe the paint off the chrome faces. Once the paint on both the housing and the bezels setup enough a second coat was applied. On the bezels I then turned them over and cut some cardboard to mask the black areas. With that I was able to paint the silver. | |
