Family Says Wow
After almost six and a half years from seeing the car leave the family that sold the car saw it again. The day started early with a 3-1/2 hour drive that went flawlessly, once there we topped off with gas to get an idea what sort of mileage it was going to get. Topped off we rolled in and presented the car, they were surprised and very happy to see it, amazing was one of many word used. While there we dug out the original grill that was taken off the car after it hit a cow, the grill along with the hood and a fender we replaced After pictures we prepped the car for the return drive, and pulled it onto the driveway. We noticed a couple drips under the car and initially blew it off as coming from the vents as the tank was full. Just after we left we stopped for lunch and after we ate noticed a small puddle under the car. First glance we noticed it coming from the vent line hose coupling. So we chose to just go and have it clear itself once we got some miles on it. Plan is to check it in the morning. | |
