Cornered
We were finally able to schedule to get the rest of the polishing done. The hood was brought out and wet sanded and polished, once it was done it was taken back in the house where it will stay till the engine goes in. With the hood done the fender and quarter extensions were done as well (less one that had some problems with the paint). The day ended with them installed and I was given the green light to move forward in the assembly. There are a few things I need to take care of before I can move forward, for one I need to ready some parts to go out for powder coating and later this week I’ll be taking the block and heads to the machine shop. | |
