Reflections My original plan was to leave the frame out and put it in as a completed assembly, suspension, engine, everything. That didn't happen, maybe a little optimistic but I just didn't have the room. |

Back at It Again! (2)
With the fenders up next I felt it was a good time to put the core support on. The core support was attached to the fenders when the factory originally painted the car and was then the painted body was attached to the frame. Keeping this in mind I sorted out the associated hardware and painted them appropriately, we painted at the bolts when the rest of the car was painted. I still needed to paint the clips that should have been painted as well. Still trying to keep ahead of my bodyman I was back in the trunk putting in seam sealer. If all goes well I should have the inside of the trunk finished before we need to install the trunk lid. | |
