Reflections Even as I write this the agreement isn't quite done yet, I needed to finish the car and present it to the local CHP office and have the PIO complete the paperwork. I just need to send pictures of the car with the graphics on it to Sacramento. |

I'm Half Way There
To start off I'd like to note that I received a reply from the CHP about my project and it looks like I will get my agreement upon completion of the restoration. Rumors have been that they don't hand out these agreements anymore and haven't in over five years. | |
