Cage
The cage template and sample panels were taken to a metal fabricator where they made the two sections exact in every detail short of the mounting elements. Once they had the panels ready I took the car in where we sized the mounting straps and filler bars to emulate the screen in the 1961 photograph. We closed up the day with removing the panels so they could be sent out for powder coating. | |
