Reflections The siren ended up needing some work to get to fit in the correct location and orientation. |
2B or not 2B Ok maybe not 2B but C4HB. After a 180 mile round trip to pick up the siren that I just got of ebay the car was overheating and rattling real bad, upon further inspection I found that one of the rocker shafts was real loose to the point of almost coming off. One of the bolts was broken which was almost too deep to get a tool on but with a punch we were able to get it out, everything tightened up and closed it once again purred and no overheating. Oh, the siren. It is a C4B not a C4HB but I cannot see the difference. The only thing I see is the brake is a normally open one. I’m theorizing that the different part number was to define the special build for the CHP as they had the different brake, no guard and painted black.
